Yes and no. If I'd never used OpenSRS in my life and got a renewal notice
for a domain I didn't own, I've be correct in reporting it as spam.

Since there is no process to verify email addresses, it's quite possible
(Although VERY unlikely) that the individual who reported the mail as spam
did nothing wrong.
