We are working to implement more bulk tools for resellers which may include
bulk nameserver changes, but it is a little too early to give you exact
timelines and specific details.
At this stage you must log into a specific domain in order to make these
changes through the manage interface, but if all of the domains you mention
are within one profile and you have access to the username and password
there is a tool our systems engineers have placed online that will allow you
to make bulk nameserver changes on about a max of 40-50 domains at a time
without your browser timing out through:

Another bulk tool available I have heard some demand for is a bulk profile
merge tool for domains with the same user and pass on up to about 300
domains at a time which you can find at:

Please keep in mind these tools are unsupported but do work and are
available to you to use at your discretion.
