All of what you've seen unfortunately is pretty common. Some pointers:
- let your customers know what to expect. Once they submit the order, how to
confirm the transfer with you.
- If they don't get the confirmation request within 24h of confirming the
transfer, they should call. 888-642-9675.
Often, a problem will be with the admin email address pointing to the wrong
place. A great suggestion Connie (used to be our sales rep a while ago)
suggested was to contact NSI asking to update the address due to a compliance
issue. This seems to get more responsive action from NSI.
