Hi everyone,
I'm new here, just starting to get some domains transferred from netsol.
Do most of you have troubles with this?
The first one I tried failed. I received the OpenSRS message the same day
and replied. After a week or longer I got a notice from OpenSRS saying it
failed, then another from netsol saying it failed because I did not
confirm it. However, I never received a confirmation from them. Tried
again, got both messages, and all was well.
Now, I just tried doing 5 more. I did them all at the same time (well, 5
in a row). I received the OpenSRS for all of them. Then, I received netsol
confirms for only 4 of them. I did this on the 5th, the 4 are transferred,
but the 5th still pending but no confirm from netsol.
Is this a pretty common occurence? I just want to know if this is to be
expected (knowing those so-and-so's at netsol) or what.
BTW, loving our account here. Only problem is phone support isn't as good
as I expected. When first getting setup I made a total of 11 calls (using
the extension our sales rep told me) and of those only 2 were answered,
the others went to voicemail. All of them sufferred a long (~10 minute)
hold time.
Otherwise, all is well! Great job!
