Funny story:
We are admin email contact for a domain which the owner got one of those
DROA letters
and decided to transfer.
We received the Enom email asking us to confirm the transfer (with the link
on it to click).
I emailed the customer about it but accidentally replied to the email
instead of forwarding it.
So my attempt to put off the customer was sent to DROA.
I then got a reply from DROA saying if I was having a problem with the
transfer to forward them the email
and they would click the link for me.
Of course, I had just sent them the email with the link but they hadn't
noticed (thankfully).
They didnt click the link and the transfer did not go through.
I suspect we are not dealing with the brightest people here.

Gordon Hudson
