Netsol looking for updated info - or domains deleted?

Hi all,

I'm pretty alarmed by the following email that I've gotten and some clients
have gotten. Netsol is requesting we make sure our contact info is up to
date (reasonable), however, they don't tell us which domain is in question.
I have NO idea how many domains I might be listed as contact on there...I
used to be able to create a list, but I haven't figured out how to do this
since they redid their site. Does anyone know?

I'm dreading the thought of having to deal with customers who do not have
current contact info for their domains...It is going to be virtually
impossible to get them to update it. Any ideas if they are going to delete
a domain, would they just deactivate for 30 days first?
