Query one of the gtld DNS servers for the address record for the nameserver.
For instance, when I query a.gtld-servers.net for an A record for
ns1.example.com, I get nothing, because it is not a registered name server.
When I query for NS records for example.com, I get a.iana-servers.net and
b.iana-servers.net. So when I query for an A record for a.iana-servers.net,
I get its IP address, 192.0.34.43.
The gtld server zones have NS records for all active domains in the zone,
and A records for nameservers based on domains in the zone.
