Bryan,

Another thing to watch out for is the Netsol Transfer email (when it does
work) is to wind up filtered in any SPAM quarantining software you or your
clients may be running. I like to say to customers that the transfer is a
multi-step process, the first part is a transfer request from OpenSRS which
will appear shortly in their admin of record's email in-box but the second
part is a confirming request from Netsol (outbound-request) that could take
anywhere from 24 to 72 hours and please be sure to check any SPAM quarantine
area during this time as the Netsol generated confirmation has a tendency to
appear there and to carefully read the entire message.

and from there to polietly request that if they have any questions or are
unsure as to how to proceed to just forward any confirming email requests to
yourself and you'll take care of it. (I find it's sometime easier to just
have them scope out the email(s) and send it to me than try to explain or
expect them to understand and read through all the netsol gibberish and that
also keeps you up to date with what netsol confirmations look like.)

Sincerely,

Ken Kaprielian
