Heather,

I think they are just trying to lure you to their site to look around and be
impressed with some of their new domain management tools. I've seen a lot
of optimistic sounding messages from Netsol lately that are really just
invitations or attemtps to get you to take some kind of action.

Maybe they are sincere but still I find it extremely odd that they are all
of a sudden quoting ICANN regulations. Traditionally, ICANN rules are
somethig Netsol has not paid a lot of attantion to.
