I'm glad this has come up now. I wonder about the accuracy of netsol's
records, and if that impacts on the problem.
For example with one client, if I do a whois on the domain name it has my
correct email address. If I go to netsol and do a whois on my NIC, it gives
the correct address. But if I log in to administer the client's domain, and
go to update the contact info, when I do a NIC search from within that, I
get my old, obsolete email address that I no longer have access to.
I've emailed netsol and they tell me the current address is the one on
record. But I wonder if, in my case, they are sending transfer
confirmations to my old obsolete address.
Maybe I'll get some Tums and a stress ball and give netsol a call.
