Adding nameserver to foreign registries

Hello,

is there an action in the client code to add nameservers to a foreign
registry, or can that be done only in the RWI?
I could not found something in the documention.
We want to enhance our client code to add a nameserver automatically to
a foreign registry, if necessary,
