Hey Everyone,

I'm new to the whole reseller bit, and so am usually use to registering
only our own DNS (for hosting). Just got our first customer who is not
hosting with us, but with XO. Is it common to have to register XO's DNS
(or any large isp) through the foreign registry thing, or am I doing
something wrong?

Also, isn't the technical contact usually the person/company HOSTING the
site? XO seems thoroughly confused when asking them for this information.
