That is very unusual, but not impossible if they recently added new
nameserver names.

If you want to share the names you're using, people can perhaps give a
better answer in your particular case.

The technical contact is defined to be the organization/person running
the nameservers, and that's good practice. You'll often find that other
people don't strictly adhere to that rule, though.
