Regarding my harsh statements earlier....
Mr. Ejtel told me that the passwords ARE honored on existing domains. Just
not on attempts to add to an existing group, or adding new domains.
That is, after all, in line with how I said it should work. I understood
another post to say that this was NOT the case.
I apologize for the harsh words I gave earlier. I had a lot of problems
with a customer earlier, and last month found that these problems were exacerbated.
I think you can see how someone could get very upset if they believed that
such a situation started because of a code change that was not well thought
out. I basically had to tell the customer to go to someone that he adamantly
didn't want to talk too, or give it up. To say he wasn't happy is putting
it way too politely.
