Change Tech Contact Information

Is there a way to change the technical contact (or information about the
technical contact, such as email address) for all of the domains we've
resold, located in numerous profiles?

I just dug up a thread on this list from three years ago saying that the
ability to do this was on the list of things to add to the RWI, but I don't
see it anywhere.
