Sorry for the delay in response it has been quite a hectic week especially
with our holiday this past Monday.

Basically the answer is yes and no ;)

There are no tools currently available to make global contact changes on all
names in a reseller account without the direct accent of the registrant
through the use of a username and password. If contacts are managed by the
Reseller where they control the domains for their clients and have them
stored within one single profile then yes, you can make these global contact
changes but in your situation this is not the case.

we may be able to find you a tertiary solution.

technical contact, such as email address) for all of the domains we've
resold, located in numerous profiles?

I just dug up a thread on this list from three years ago saying that the
ability to do this was on the list of things to add to the RWI, but I don't
see it anywhere.
