Bulk Registration through the RWI

Can I do manual bulk registrations of .com and .net domains in the RWI
through the Multilingual Bulk Order form? If so, what do I enter in the
uploaded file for "registrataion length"? Do the username/passwords entered
for each domain create a new profile for each, or can you bulk register
domains into an existing profile.
