I do not have any domains set to auto-renew and I have "no" checked in the
resellers area for processing registrations, transfers and renewals
immediately, but I continue to get emails from OpenSRS support when a
renewal is requested by the domain owner and my account balance is zero that
states

"A domain renewal has been attempted (domain: *.com) which cannot be
processed due to insufficient funds."

Why would it be processed automatically anyway if I have all of these
options turned off? I don't keep a balance because of this reason, I don't
want renewals processed automatically. Why am I getting these emails if I
have all of those options turned off?
