Jeff - I wasn't implying a connection between the statement and
Neulevel, I was wondering about whether there was one. Second,
regardless of where it came from, its ridiculous, misplaced and borders
on hysterical - the situation has almost nothing to do with ISPs and
almost everything to do with developers taking short-cuts in their code.
It makes me wonder whether the authors even read Klensin's draft...
