The first WLS lawsuit has been launched. See the front page of
ICANNWatch.org or http://www.pool.com/Press/07102003.aspx .
I strongly suspect it won't be the last, esp. once registrars start
filing (as a non-registrar, Pool.com can't make some of the arguments
the registrars can, and will, make).
Of course, now ICANN will say they "can't comment on litigation", but
they'll have to answer all the questions they've evaded for the past 2
years (as will Verisign, in Discovery).
