Another lawsuit against ICANN, to stop WLS

Hello,

See the press release at:

http://www.stopwls.com/newsrelease_01.html

as well as some press coverage at:

http://siliconvalley.internet.com/news/article.php/2235661

I find it odd that Mary Hewitt of ICANN would be telling the press "if
I don't get it, I don't pay any money", as there are no refunds if a
WLS slot fails to get a name. Also, Verisign's spokesperson describing
some individuals as "professional scalpers" was cute. I'd be curious
what colourful language he'd employ to describe P&G's usage of
Beautiful.com, especially if they won't sell me the domain for $35...

Given Verisign's ownership of GreatDomains.com, what would that make
them (besides hypocrites)??

Sincerely,

George Kirikos
