Don't count on it. I asked a fairly detailed question like this in June
(http://www.opensrs.org/archives/discuss-list/0306/0001.html, s/ud/id/),
and to my surprise, nobody from Tucows responded.
I followed up with a phone call to support, and was told (by whom I do
not recall) that the question would have to be dealt with by the legal
department, and I should ask on discuss-list.
Ahem.
It would really be nice if someone at Tucows would answer this.
