Moving Name Servers

We're going to be moving our DNS servers to a new network sometime next month.
What is necessary to get OpenSRS system to push the new IP addresses of the DNS
servers to the .COM servers? Will this happen automatically, or is it
necessary for me to do something to effect these changes?
