Horizon returned the following message upon submission of a batch transfer
request via client code:
> Batch transfer successfully submitted. Please review your orders in 15 minutes
> to verify that they were succesfully processed.
I do not think this message has always been returned... What does it mean?
Why would we want to tell our customers to review their orders in 15
minutes? Does this message appear on the live system? And there is a
spelling mistake.
