Hello Joe
See this page on their site:
http://www.registereu.com/howitworks.htm

Now: Register with .eu Registry Services for just ? 60 (2 years) per .eu
domain (charged immediately - click here for a currency converter).

Late 2003 / early 2004: As soon as .eu domains go live, .eu Registry
Services will activate the domains you have reserved through us.

Within 48 hours of the official launch of .eu domains, the domains you have
registered will become accessible on the Internet.

But on this page:
http://www.registereu.com/terms.htm

" You acknowledge that all guarantees of registration are at the liability
to Company to a refund or credit as stated subsequently in this agreement.
You agree that reservation or registration of a domain name with Company
does not constitute a reservation or registration with EurID, the operator
of the .eu registry, until specifically confirmed as being made with EurID."

In other words you pay them your money and they hope you forget about it
whenever .eu goes live and dont ask them for a refund.

Nice work if you can get it.

Wouldnt it be fun if the trade price for .eu was more than 60 euros!

Regards

Gordon Hudson
