We currently provide email service for over 10,000 domains
using POP3 and webmail.
Its our own system (not Tucows).
The policy used by Tucows is the same as we use.
Unfortunately its the only one which will work.
It is too easy to get onto blacklists but very difficult to get off some of
them.
because the definition of spam is in the eye of the beholder we have
to suspend on every complaint and we can only spend a short amount
of time investigating any issue for financial reasons.
Its the way life is at the moment on the internet.
Having said that, adding email to our domain reg service increased sales
hugely
so I would recommend you consider adding it, and the Tucows product is the
easiest way to do it
(we did ours before they announced theirs).
