The entire thread should be at:

http://www.opensrs.org/archives/discuss-list/0309/

but the archives for September are not working, hmmm.

It would seem to be OpenSRS/Tucows that would shut one down? That's
what I want to know, as I'd like to be on a "white list", to not be
shut down in a "shoot first, ask questions later" system.

>From the Schedule B "Abuse Policy":

"In the event of Internet Abuse event or complaint, the offending
e-mail account will be suspended and the Domain Admin will be notified.
In the event a second Internet Abuse event or complaint occurs within a
period of thirty (30) days, the entire domain will be suspended and the
Domain Admin will be notified."

See the final page of:

http://resellers.tucows.com/opensrs/resources/docs/contracts/email_terms_con.pdf

to view the Abuse Policy.
