A web building tool which FTP's over to our servers would be very welcome.
The cost of implementing a system like that ourselves would be a huge amount
of money.
I priced the market leader last year and they wanted $30K to start with.
There is a company that reselles their service but I was concerned about
long terms stability.
With Tucows we could have the product and stability so I think it would
work.

It all boils down to pricing though or it could end up like the email
servide which is good but
not viable for mass market resellers who have to meet a market price.
