This goes to the root of someting we've discussed with OpenSRS for some time. I
think the RWI should be built on the API, so any function that would be used in
the RWI would be by default supported by the API. At times, we've needed to
write scripts that would access functionality in the RWI, but this is always
problematic. Changes in the HTML of the RWI, visible or not to the human eye,
can break these.
