Sometimes it better to just let a bad customer go but if he is a good
guy, Ask him if he shops at wal*mart. I'd send a brief explanation that
of how Tucows does business and compare them to Verisign. Ethics or the
lack of them are universal. He should be looking at who he doing
business with instead of where.
