going back to the test server

We've long since moved away from the test server in the initial days of
setting up our opensrs reseller account and now we have some need to do
some testing and playing around with the perl API. How do I go back to
the test server. I setup a test virtual server and set the config file to
point to horizon but now it's telling me that it can't verify the login.

How do I go back to test? I'm using the latest client code.
