Error on create or modify nameservers

The error message below is displayed when trying to create or modify
a nameserver based on a dmain (i.e. ns1./ns2.) through the domain
management interface:

"Unable to retrieve nameservers: Internal Server Error. (OPS Timeout)"

Am I missing a maintenance window announcement?
