back ordering domains?

Back on the subject of this whole "reserving" domains that may or may
not become available, does Tucows/OpenSRS have a facility for us
resellers to do this?

Reason I ask is we have a customer who is interested in a domain that
expired recently, and would like to get it assuming it is not renewed
and goes through the Redemption Period, etc....

What direction should I take towards trying to secure, or pre-reserve
this domain? Kind of like the "Back Ordering" that other registrars
offer...

anyone? Thanx.
