Robert,

Some improvements will be made Friday along with an announcement of what
those fixes are. Also, today's processing was turned off mid-run to address
these and some other issues that I've uncovered. We're on it :)

Cheers,

James

Subject: WHOIS Reminders, Day 2

I'm disappointed that OpenSRS has now sent out the second batch of poorly
formatted messages to my customers, with no promise of a fix despite
multiple people pointing out that the messages have serious problems.

(I'll add one more issue I noticed: neither the billing contact nor the
reseller contact blurb need to appear in the message, according to ICANN.
The message certainly does not need to contain a verbatim WHOIS dump with
billing info added, as it does now -- in fact, the model WDRP suggested by
ICANN doesn't even mention WHOIS. Since the message is already long and
confusing, anything not required should be removed.)

OpenSRS, any word on when at least the major problems pointed out previously
will be fixed? Thanks.
