Luckily that text can be removed/modified.

I'd like to register my objection to this instruction in the Message
Body:

"If any of the information above is inaccurate, you must
correct it by visiting our website."

I'm sorry, but visiting our website is not going to help them. We
have no plans for maintaining an interface for them to submit contact
changes.

What if I want it to say:

"If any of the information above is inaccurate, please
reply to this email with the corrected information"

Because that's all I really want my customers to have to do.

As it stands now, the only chance I have is hoping the customer reads
all the way down (unlikely) to see the footer:

"Disregard what we say above about visiting our website to correct
any inaccurate information. Just reply to this email"

I'm all for requiring a block of "mandatory, verbatim text" that can't
be modified, but as far as instructions to our customers, I'd like
that to be left up to me to define.

At the very least, please allow us to choose from a list of options
(one of which is just a simple "reply to this message" option) about
the corrective action needed to be taken, instead of making the
assumption that "visiting our website" is the correct instruction.

Please?

Respectfully submitted.
