We're starting to get our first feedback on the WHOIS update notices. Three
for three, everyone so far has contacted us thinking it was some kind of
scam. The first thing that sets them off: Dear Valued Customer
Come on guys -- that's a spam tip-off right there !
#2 -- the default sig of "Do not reply to this e-mail". That's silly --
you pull a default contact e-mail for the From:, why assume that it's a non
replyable address ?
Explain again why we can't just edit the whole letter ?
