Hi Russ,

I've no experience with Echo, but would recommend you check out
trustcommerce.com as well. We've used a number of different procesors in the
past including a disasterous year with Verisign.

Trustcommerce is the only processor we've found to be technically excellent
(they're IP based, not modem), and provides excellent support. When we made a
suggestion to improve their web interface, within a couple of days, there it
was. Only downside, depending where you are, is they're on the west coast, so
morning contacts can be difficult.
