Hello
One of our regular customers who is used to the Tucows transfer process
requested a .biz transfer from Godaddy.
She needed the Auth code so we asked her to contact Godaddy.
Here is her response:
"I have phoned godaddy and they tell me that they cannot give me the
authorisation code - the request has to come from Hostroute."
How can we or Tucows request the Auth code for someone elses domain name?
We are not listed as a contact.
Has anyone else had this problem?
