Thanks everyone.

I guess I asked my question poorly.

The question should have really been does this status mean that it's in
the hands of the registry operator and that Melbourne IT is no longer
pulling the strings, so I can expect a normal drop, or is Melbourne IT
still in control and we can expect the unexpected?

The customer has already purchased the SnapBack.

On a side note, is there some place where the domains "popularity" can
be assessed? We've never played in the "used" domain market and really
have no insights here at all.
