1. when changing data for an org organization contact and leaving out the
*optional* fax no. the old fax no. remains in the contact data at PIR. I
assume it doesn't submit the data of this field if empty. However, it
should.
2. in case there's something wrong with the submitted contact data you
have to fill out EVERYTHING again. Just had to fill out the form three
times because of tiny format errors. This is awful! Please change it! No,
this is not a browser issue, I can just go back and still have the old
data when submitting domains for registration, so it's possible with your
forms. It's just that your contact form forces the browser to refresh the
page each time it is accessed, so everything gets overwritten.
