I'm not horrible suprised. If memory serves me correctly, when
batch.opensrs.net was originally setup, there was no acceptable usage
policy, I'm sure I can dig up a message or two stating that explicitly,
since I was confused and asked for clarification... but since then I
believe it has been stated that requesting the same domain more frequently
than once per five minutes would be considered abuse.
I would like to see this clarified and posted to the list.
