Excellent. I feel a little more satisified.

But this won't stop them from sending out their "renewal forms" -- the
latest one I got a couple weeks ago did say on the front in 12-point bold
italics that "this is not an invoice" -- but still, we've had several
customers confused by this and send them money only to find out they end up
payiing several times more than what they were paying us.
