I re-issued a transfer of an .org domain (from Declined Orders) and when
the admin-c acknowledged the transfer the confirmation for it was sent to
"not@applicable.atall" which bounced to us. Looking at the "Ordered by" I
see now "not@applicable.atall" although the "Admin Contact Information" in
the Domain order Info lists the correct new email address.
Why was the "Ordered by" reset to "not@applicable.atall"? And why don't
the Order Notes list anything about the acknowledgement by the admin-c? It
only lists "Transfer Request message sent to ...".
