They're the same as for any other EPP domain. Like it or not, quite a few
TLDs are either using EPP at the moment, or looking to change to em, so
you'll need to get used to em.
IMO, EPP format is good, as it does give a standard way of handling phone
numbers, rather than free-form text that may or may not be of use when
trying to contact someone from out of their country.
