I believe that used to be there before -- it's just the URL of the
web-based port 80 WHOIS (as opposed to the port 43 WHOIS at
whois.opensrs.net). It's done on a registrar-by-registrar basis, so
unlikely to be possible to change that on a reseller basis....
For consistency, they might want to "brand" the URL as
http://whois.opensrs.net/ (or whois.opensrs.com/org, if they want it to
be on a different machine for load-balancing from the port 43 one) too,
with similar content as the current http://domainhelp.tucows.com/.
