Yes I know about it and we don't even sell .name domains. It was in a
live reseller update dated 20 Jan 2004:

  **Resellers can now transfer .name domain names that do not have
  email forwarding.
  Please refer to page 161 of the New User Guide V2.8.1 under
  ".name Registrant/Registrar/Reseller Transfers".

In my opinion, .name domains have always been worthless... which is why we
have never sold them. ;)
