Thats my point really.
When we have had any issues like this with Tucows they have had procedures
in place
and someone to coordinate those procedures.
We have been informed every step of the way.

As I se it the registrar in this case is on very difficult legal ground as
there has been no
UDRP decision or court decision.
They have preemtively changed the registrant of the domain name with very
little justification other than the complainant being a larger business
entity
than the owner.

This sort of thing makes me rather mad.
The registrant is being very good humoured so far as something of this sort
was not unexpected
but he expected to be going through the correct UDRP channels.
