Just as a note, we ran into this with one of the Privacy domains with
another registrar and GeoTrust were good to work around it, I believe
they just had us create an e-mail ssladmin@domain.com and it was sent
out within a few minutes of phoning them.

Resending the approver email is in development with
our maintenance release in the next month and a half.
So, today you need to contact Geotrust at support@geotrust.com
to get them to resend. This release will also include
the ability to resend the actual certificate.
As for the approver email, because the approver email
is the way that Geotrust is authenticating the domain as valid,
for QuickSSL it is not plausible to allow us to modify them. I would
suggest in that case is to use one of the generics on the domain
instead (webmaster@, hostmaster@ etc etc), they may get you around
the registrar issue.

Better yet, how do we modify the approver certs so we do not have to go
through hell with people who have domains at jumpdomain? I have found
that those people using registrars that have some type of spam block
email contact address for their domain, the approver email defaults to
hostmaster@theirlameregistrar.com.. Of course no one is gonna approve
it..
