RWI Fatal Server Error when registering .com names

Anyone else seeing this?

When attempting to register a new .com via the RWI, getting a "Fatal
Server Error" message. I reported this error via the emergency pager
a little over 60 minutes ago. I haven't heard back from OpenSRS yet.

I wonder if it has to do with the date of Feb 29, or the .com registry
maintenance last night?
