Email Question

service providers are relying on using the OpenSRS servers for mail relaying
rather than providing there own local relaying SMTP server. I assume this is
accomplished either through the enabling of the ISP's IP blocks for relaying
and/or through authenticated SMTP.

For service providers who don't provide connectivity, such as web hosts,
where their customers connect through an ISP that blocks port 25, does
OpenSRS provide SMTP relaying on non-standard ports?
